I've wanted a motorcycle for a long time. Finally made a move last week and set out to do some shopping. With this being my first bike I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very impressed with how the staff here conducted their process. I am in sales myself and I was very pleased to see that other people in town honored the right way of doing things. No pressure experience and John was awesome, honest, aware of my needs and knew his product. I highly recommend anyone looking for a bike to shop lake city choppers and ask for him specifically.

Came in to ask about getting a Manual for a 91 FLH was no problem, took a couple of days but came in on time, Now as a new Harley owner that my wife got me for my anniversary (97 LX1200 custom) I will be there often, Thanks!

I was on day 1 of a week long motorcylce trip and realized I needed a new battery. I could only push start the bike and the battery was not holding a charge. I began looking for a motorcycle shop and Lake City Choppers was on my route, and the closest shop I could find. I pulled in and the service team immediately checked out my bike and determined the problem. I am not riding a Harley, so they did not have the battery I needed in stock, but they quickly determined that they could have a battery shipped to them the next day.

Being from out of town, I didn't know what to expect when I pulled into Lake City Choppers. I was taken such good care of, and the entire staff was so extremely helpful and understanding, that I wish they were my local shop! My experience could not have been more positive - these guys helped me complete my vacation in the Adirondacks! Thank you!
